ENRICHMENT REGISTRATION
~ All enrichment classes are filled on a first come, first serve basis, based on the time stamp of your online registration.
~ Please also note that each class has a minimum number of children in order for the class to run and a maximum number of children who can register for each class.
~ These min./max. numbers have been predetermined by the teacher.
~ Some classes will fill quickly, so please register as soon as possible.
~ If we don’t have the minimum number of children registered some classes may not run.

LUNCH PROGRAM
~ Hot lunch ordering is OPTIONAL, children may still continue to bring their own lunches.
~ If sending your own lunch, it must be a peanut-free/tree-nut free/sesame free lunch that is dairy or vegetarian.
~ If your child is staying for enrichment, they must also sign-up to stay for lunch on that day.
~ Since we are working with a 3rd party catering company, no last minute lunch changes/cancellations will be permitted.

*Please note that that you will need to sign up for lunches on the days that you have signed up for an enrichment class, this is a required field. Please mark YES or NO for each lunch option, on all days even if you are not signing up for that class, before submitting form.

Payment for classes are due at the submission of the registration. You will have the option to pay the amount in full or the payment can be split into 4 payments, with the first payment due today and the final payment must be completed by August 31, 2025 before your child can begin the Lunch and Enrichment classes. Please log into your Beth El ShulCloud account before completing the form. Once the form is filled out and you click Submit, you will come to the Confirm Payment page where you can either pay in full now or click on Pay This Amount and change it to the number of allowed payments. This is now your payment plan for the enrichment classes.
