Member/Family Interests

In an effort to make sure you receive notifications about programming geared towards you and your family's interests, we are asking all congregants to share their preferences from the list below. We appreciate you checking off the box or boxes for any and all that apply. If your interests don't appear below or if you have any questions please send an email to jbaden@nssbethel.org. We appreciate your assistance with this and look forward to developing our programming around your feedback.

Please take note that the choices for Member 1 will be applied to the person listed first in the family section on your account and Member 2's choices will be for the member that is listed second. Each category you choose will be connected to the person listed under these fields. For example: if you have your account listed as John and Jane Doe, John is Member 1 and Jane is Member 2. If you have your account listed as Jane and John Doe, Jane is Member 1 and John is Member 2.

It would be best if you log into your Beth El ShulCloud account before completing this form. Once logged in at the top of form Under Enter a Name, type your name and the form will auto fill the names they way they appear in your Beth El ShulCloud account.

Another option is to log into your account, go to My Account and find the box that states Interest Groups and Volunteer Opportunities and click on the box. Your form will be automatically filled out with the information from your account file.
